… the long-neglected Phoenix Retirement Real Estate.com has come to life!
Technical issues kept this site from coming to fruiting earlier. It’s a long story but the simple explanation is the then-only listing provider for the Phoenix real estate market wasn’t much for answering their phones or e-mail.
The only way to provide the information you need - homes for sale in each community - is to have individual searches for each of the Phoenix area’s active adult communities. I had purchased a set number of filters and attempts to purchase more were met with silence.
Can you imagine? “Please let me give you more money so I can provide more useful information to the public?” “No, thanks.”
In any event, that problem has been solved now that other listings providers have moved into the Phoenix market. Among those is Diverse Solutions, the group responsible for the interactive maps being populated on the different pages today.
All of the maps you see change as you change the criteria at the top. Want to see only homes with 3 bedrooms or more? Click on the “beds” drop down menu, select 3+ and watch the map change. The same for bathrooms, price and square footage.
